How do I add new equipment?

Navigate to the maintenance log, then click "Add equipment". Fill in the name, location, maintenance interval, and the last service date.

Why is my equipment showing as overdue?

Overdue status means the number of days since the last service exceeds the maintenance interval you set. Log a new service entry to reset the status.

Can I invite team members?

Team collaboration is available on the Pro plan. Each member signs in with their own Google account and is scoped to your organization.

How do I export my data?

CSV export is available on Pro and Enterprise plans from your organization settings.
